Are you professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for Stewarding Staff on a casual basis to support regular matchday operations at Bristol City FC’s Training Ground. This is a flexible role, ideal for individuals seeking regular event and matchday‑related work without the commitment of contracted hours. Various shifts available, must be willing to cover weekday evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing players, staff, visitors and guests
- Monitoring access points and checking accreditation where required
- Providing excellent customer service and assistance
- Assisting with vehicle and pedestrian movement around the site
- Maintaining a visible presence throughout the training ground
- Reporting incidents, hazards or suspicious activity promptly
- Supporting emergency procedures when required
- Ensuring all health, safety and security procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and approachable manner
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and occasional bank holidays
- Previous stewarding, customer service or security experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
