We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our friendly team and you would be responsible for all aspects of Property Management for a set amount of properties such as; handling reactive maintenance, processing check out reports, tenancy renewals and more. Lettings experience preferred but if not we need a highly motivated problem solver with a strong customer focus.
Property Manager Requirements:

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills with landlords, tenants and contractors.
-Ability to react quickly and calmly to a highly dynamic workload.
The ideal candidate will have the following:

A full UK/EU driving license and car

Experience in Property Management and knowledge of lettings legislation.

ARLA qualification (or willingness to do it, courses would be funded by us and required within the first year)
