Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking a dedicated and organised professional to lead our vibrant youth programmes. This pivotal role combines operational oversight of our Sunday and holiday courses with a focus on widening participation, ensuring our world-class training is accessible to all young people. Key Information
- Salary: £33,000–£38,000 per annum (pro-rata); actual salary for 0.4 FTE is £13,200–£15,200.
- Hours: 780 hours per annum (0.4 FTE) worked on an annualised basis.
- Essential Delivery: Must be available for 30 term-time Sundays and intensive courses during Easter (2 weeks) and Summer (3 weeks).
- Location: Primarily based at Downside Road, Bristol, with occasional outreach in community settings.
