Bristol Old Vic Theatre School needs to step in to a new era of growth and innovation; utilising a new vision and strategy that will overcome the current funding and wider Higher-Education and Arts sector challenges. Imagine: setting the strategic direction, forging fruitful industry partnerships, building meaningful relationships with our alumni and wider industry stakeholders and developing cutting-edge training for the future of theatre, film, television, and gaming. This is your chance to make a real impact, ensuring our commitment to “talent first” training thrives and our global influence builds on the firm foundation that exists. We’re looking for someone with a unique set of skills: You’ll need to have a proven track-record of securing funding for similar charities and organisations, across all available platforms Have experience and understanding of the charity sector, with particular relevance to the arts world And be knowledgeable about the higher-education landscape and challenges.
