We are looking for a talented Learning Manager to join our International Commercialisation Learning team, a high-impact function within our global Worldwide Commercialisation Learning (WWCL) organization. What You Will Do:
- Own the end-to-end learning agenda for UK/Ireland commercial teams, working across Business Units to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that are innovative, effective and business-aligned.
- Develop and execute strategic learning plans across all UK/Ireland Business Units.
- Design and deliver training covering disease state, clinical knowledge, product launches, selling skills, coaching and capability building.
- Build and evolve learning curricula for field teams and first-line managers, both at induction and at advanced levels.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, aligning learning solutions to commercial priorities.
- Leverage global resources from the WWCL Centre of Excellence to drive integrated, scalable training with minimal adaptation.
- Measure programme effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model and apply insights to continuously raise the bar.
- Champion innovative adult learning methodologies and digital platforms to accelerate skill development.
- Collaborate with Learning Managers across international markets and project manage key global learning initiatives locally.
Who You Will Work With:
Reporting to the Commercialisation Learning Lead for UK/Ireland, CEE and TIMER, you will partner with a broad matrix of stakeholders including Sales Management, Marketing, Strategy and Operations, HR, Medical, and external vendors — bringing people together to deliver learning that makes a real difference.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree (MBA, PharmD or similar) is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with a proven track record in field learning development and execution.
- Experience designing and delivering learning strategies and programmes in a commercial setting.
- Solid grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels including senior leadership.
- A project management mindset — organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity, creativity and a drive to innovate in response to an ever-evolving business environment.
- Experience working with external vendors and agencies.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
