Are You Ready to Rewire the Future of Field Capability? Imagine starting your day knowing that the work you do directly shapes how thousands of Commercial and Medical professionals across the globe learn, adapt, and perform. That's the reality of this role. At Bristol Myers Squibb, we're not just building training programmes, we're fundamentally changing the way our field teams operate. And we need someone who's genuinely excited about being at the centre of that change.

This Isn't Your Average L&D Role As Senior Manager, WW Commercialization Field Platforms & AI Adoption, you'll be the execution engine behind some of the most forward‑thinking capability work in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll take bold strategic ideas, think AI‑enabled learning, intelligent coaching tools, adaptive platforms and turn them into real, field‑ready programmes that people actually use and value.

What Your Days Will Actually Look Like You'll own the rhythm that connects enterprise platform priorities, CRM systems, and cutting‑edge AI tools to the learning journeys of Commercial and Medical field teams worldwide. That means partnering closely with CASA (Commercialization AI Strategy & Analytics) to translate data insights and AI products into practical, role‑based learning pathways. It means being the go‑to execution lead with LEAP (our Learning Excellence & Advancement Partner), ensuring content moves from brief to deployment smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality. And it means championing MyLearning, our enterprise learning platform, making sure field professionals across global markets have an exceptional, consistent experience every time they engage.

The Skills You'll Sharpen (and the Impact You'll Have) AI fluency becomes your superpower. You'll hands‑on pilot and scale AI‑powered learning technologies, from intelligent coaching tools to adaptive learning engines. Your data literacy becomes strategic currency. You'll use learner analytics and platform adoption data not just to report, but to drive decisions and tell compelling stories to senior stakeholders. Your stakeholder influence grows. Operating across a complex, global matrix, spanning functions, geographies, and seniority levels, you'll build the kind of credibility that opens doors. You'll leave a visible legacy. The programmes you build will onboard new field colleagues, upskill experienced teams, and embed AI tools into daily workflows at scale.

You’ll Thrive Here If… You bring at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Field Capability or Commercial Capability Development within pharma or life sciences. You know your way around instructional design, LMS platforms (especially MyLearning/SuccessFactors), and eLearning authoring tools. You've dabbled with AI for content development and you're hungry to go further. Beyond the technical, it's your mindset that will set you apart. You're the kind of person who sees a delivery challenge and instinctively reaches for a solution. A project management certification is a bonus, but what really matters is that you know how to get things done in a complex environment without losing sight of quality.
