You partner with CASA to translate data insights into role‑based learning pathways, serve as the execution lead with LEAP ensuring content delivery, and champion MyLearning to provide a consistent experience globally.

You'll Thrive Here If…
You bring at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Field Capability, or Commercial Capability Development within pharma or life sciences and aren’t content to sit still. You have instructional design expertise and familiarity with LMS platforms such as MyLearning/SuccessFactors, as well as e‑learning authoring tools. You’ve experimented with AI for content development and are eager to advance further.
You are comfortable escalating and acting without authority, communicate with clarity, and believe that great learning changes behaviour.
