As a Senior Integrated Healthcare Manager (IHM), you will act as an entrepreneur, market access strategist, and trusted partner to the NHS. This newly created, highly autonomous senior role requires you to own your territory like a business and drive the access and adoption of BMS medicines for patients with neuropsychiatric conditions.
What You’ll Do
- Execute tailored strategic account plans to deliver territory sales and access objectives.
- Translate national value propositions into locally relevant narratives for commissioners and clinical stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve access barriers – formularies, pathways, funding flows and beyond.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships across the full patient care continuum.
- Champion disease expertise and deliver compelling clinical, economic, and system‑level value stories.
- Operate compliantly within ABPI codes and all BMS policies.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in neuropsychiatry or serious mental illness (SMI).
- Proven pharmaceutical sales and local market access success.
- Deep understanding of the UK healthcare and mental health commissioning landscape.
- Track record of influencing access outcomes (formularies, pathways, protocols).
- Strategic Key Account Management expertise.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Degree educated + ABPI qualification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, AI platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and living on or near the territory.
Desirable Qualifications
- NHS product launch experience.
- Experience with specialist commissioning or high‑cost/low‑volume products.
- Advanced consultative selling or negotiation skills.
