As a Senior Integrated Healthcare Manager you will serve as an entrepreneur, a market access strategist, and a trusted partner to the NHS. This is a newly created, highly autonomous senior role where you will own your territory as a business, engaging with HCPs, commissioners, medicines optimisation teams and system leaders through deep scientific dialogue, omnichannel strategies, and a differentiated customer experience.

- Cross‑functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, HEOR and Commercial teams
- Freedom to lead local strategy with significant decision‑making responsibility
- Leverage AI and omnichannel tools to elevate every customer interaction
- Execute tailored strategic account plans to deliver territory sales and access objectives
- Translate national value propositions into locally relevant narratives for commissioners and clinical stakeholders
- Identify and resolve access barriers – formularies, pathways, funding flows and beyond
- Build and sustain strategic relationships across the full patient care continuum
- Champion disease expertise and deliver compelling clinical, economic, and system‑level value stories
- Operate compliantly within ABPI codes and all BMS policies
- Experience in neuropsychiatry / serious mental illness (SMI)
- Proven pharmaceutical sales and local market access success
- Deep understanding of the UK healthcare and mental health commissioning landscape
- Track record of influencing access outcomes (formularies, pathways, protocols)
- Strategic Key Account Management expertise
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Degree educated + ABPI qualification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with CRM tools, AI platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence | Living on or near territory
- NHS product launch experience
- Experience with specialist commissioning or high‑cost/low‑volume products
- Advanced consultative selling or negotiation skills
