As a Senior Integrated Healthcare Manager, you will not just be a sales professional—you’ll be an entrepreneur, a market access strategist, and a trusted partner to the NHS. This newly created, highly autonomous senior role requires you to own your territory like a business, engage with HCPs, commissioners, medicines optimisation teams and system leaders, and drive access and adoption of BMS medicines for patients who need them most.

What You Will Do

  • Execute tailored strategic account plans to deliver territory sales and access objectives.
  • Translate national value propositions into locally relevant narratives for commissioners and clinical stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve access barriers—formularies, pathways, funding flows and beyond.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships across the full patient care continuum.
  • Champion disease expertise and deliver compelling clinical, economic, and system‑level value stories.
  • Operate compliantly within ABPI codes and all BMS policies.

What You Will Bring

Essential

  • Experience in neuropsychiatry / serious mental illness (SMI).
  • Proven pharmaceutical sales and local market access success.
  • Deep understanding of the UK healthcare and mental health commissioning landscape.
  • Track record of influencing access outcomes (formularies, pathways, protocols).
  • Strategic Key Account Management expertise.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Degree educated + ABPI qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, AI platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence; living on or near territory.

Desirable

  • NHS product launch experience.
  • Experience with specialist commissioning or high‑cost/low‑volume products.
  • Advanced consultative selling or negotiation skills.
