Make a difference by empowering students to reach their full potential through personalised support that boosts learning, engagement, and well-being. You will play a key role supporting a diverse range of students with varying needs, working closely alongside teaching and pastoral teams. In this role, you will support students by adopting relevant strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, engage with their learning, and achieve their full potential.
You will take responsibility for implementing planned learning activities and teaching programmes as agreed with the teacher, adjusting activities according to students’ responses where appropriate. You will deliver measurable impact on student attainment, as well as their social and emotional well-being, while working collaboratively with colleagues across teaching and pastoral teams to ensure every student is supported effectively.

- Be someone with a keen interest in working with children and commitment to inclusion and acceptance of all.
