As a result of continued growth and expansion, we have an excellent opportunity to appoint Sales Support Administrator in Berkhamsted, our head office.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with varied & extensive experience within the pharmaceutical or similar industries. This role will be based on a rolling contract to begin with and has the potential to become permanent in the future. The role will involve meticulous planning and execution of timely maintenance to ensure productivity is not hampered. It will also involve working with other departments to meet production targets while meeting MHRA and cGMP compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales orders entry in SAP
• Delivery bookings for the dispatches
• Day‑to‑day sales reports & customer update reports
• Customer queries such as credit claims and stock claims
• Liaising with the Sales Support team in India
• Liaising with warehouses for dispatches
• Liaising with the stock planning/release team for stock availability queries

About You

• Minimum education specialising in sales
• Significant experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical GMP‑compliant factory (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and navigate cultural differences with ease
• Strong organisation and administration skills, good decision‑making, keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines
