We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Media Archive & Coordinator to support a major anniversary project. This is a temporary position running until project completion, offering a great opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in media, content organisation, and archival work.

The Role

You will play a key role in preparing historical media for a high-profile commemorative video project. This involves sourcing, reviewing, and organising a wide range of content that reflects the organisation's history.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Locating and collecting media from various sources, including physical photographs, video tapes, reels, SIM cards, and digital files
  • Reviewing and assessing materials for quality, relevance, and usability
  • Organising and cataloguing all selected media into a structured system
  • Creating and implementing a clear, sustainable archiving and filing system for ongoing business use
  • Ensuring all content is preserved and easily accessible for future marketing and communications projects

Contract & Working Hours

Temporary, project-based role (ending upon completion of the project). Standard hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (30‐minute unpaid break). Flexible working patterns may be considered (e.g. part-time or reduced hours).

Location

Fully office-based role in a rural farm environment near Crewkerne (TA18 area). Please note this role is not suitable for remote working, and candidates should be comfortable working in a farm-based setting.
