We are looking for experienced warehouse operatives to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK, based in Bridgwater (TA6). Salary £32,050.70pa (Basic £29,137.00 with a shift allowance of £2,913.70).
4 on 4 off Shift pattern - covering days & nights 12 Hour shifts – Day: 06:00 to 18:00 / 07:00 to 19:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 or 19:00 - 07:00. 6 month Fixed term contract.

As a warehouse operative you’ll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring materials and finished products are stored, moved and supplied safely and efficiently. Working as part of a large logistics team, you’ll support both production and dispatch, helping to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
No two shifts are the same – as a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be moving palletised goods, loading and unloading stock, preparing products for dispatch and maintaining accurate stock control. A key part of the role is operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck, placing and retrieving stock from racking up to 16 metres high (approximately a 3–4 storey building). Previous VNA, Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience is desirable but not essential, as full VNA training will be provided. You’ll also ensure all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times.
Ideally, you’ll be someone who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment, takes pride in working safely and accurately, and is comfortable working at height. You’ll be proactive, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team to keep operations running efficiently.
Warehouse Operative: Key Responsibilities
- Moving, storing and supplying materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
