The Role - Trainee Administrator
As a Trainee Administrator, you’ll learn how to give administrative support to a busy mechanical servicing department while developing valuable office and customer service experience. Your duties will include amongst other things:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
- Learning how to use SAP software and internal systems to process orders and quotations
- Supporting the mechanical servicing team with day-to-day administration tasks
- Handling customer queries and ensuring requests are passed to the correct department
- Assisting with servicing documentation and order processing
- Learning company procedures and developing confidence within a busy office environment
Skills & Experience - Trainee Administrator
We are looking for someone who is organised, friendly, and keen to learn. You might have experience as an Administrator, Office Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Receptionist, Service Coordinator, Sales Administrator or similar. You’ll need:
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Confident yet friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous office or customer service experience would be beneficial
- An enthusiastic and reliable approach with a willingness to learn new systems
