We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established timber manufacturing business in the Cradley Heath area for Experienced 4 Sided Moulder Operator positions. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add two skilled individuals to their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and respected company that invests in its people, equipment and working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating 4 sided moulding machinery
- Working with a range of softwood and hardwood timber species
- Reading and working to production specifications and quality standards
- Carrying out routine machine checks and maintaining a safe working area
- Collaborating with the in-house toolroom and wider production team
- Ensuring finished products meet customer requirements and quality expectations
To be successful in this Experienced 4 Sided Moulder Operator role, you should have:
- Previous experience operating 4 sided moulders within a timber manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of different timber species, including both hardwoods and softwoods
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Please note that this position is specifically focused on multi-head, 4 sided moulding machinery. Applicants with only single-head moulder experience may not be suitable for this role.
