Key Responsibilities
- Work on bespoke installations and construction sites across the South West and Wales
- Support the Site Supervisor in the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
- Ensure installations are completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and site personnel.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach whilst representing the business on customer sites.
- Many of the installations are architecturally unique and involve high quality metal and steel work.
About You
- Previous site-based construction experience is essential.
- Experience working with metalwork, steelwork, or a related trade would be advantageous.
- Valid CSCS Card & Full UK driving licence.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to work and travel.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
