Senior Quality Officer

Are you a quality-driven professional looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a Senior Quality Officer, who will play a key role in driving ISO 9001 compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across our clients’ UK business locations.

Location: Nr Eastleigh (Hampshire)
Salary: +£50,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Full UK Driving Licence Required: (Travel to business locations across the UK is essential for this role)

In This Role, You Will:

1. Lead the maintenance and enhancement of our Quality Management System (QMS)
2. Support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance and efficiency
3. Conduct internal & external audits and supplier evaluations
4. Mentor junior staff and foster a strong quality culture
5. Investigate & resolve customer complaints, implementing preventive actions

What You Bring:

1. Proven experience managing and improving an ISO 9001 QMS
2. A track record of successfully implementing ISO 9001 systems
3. Strong auditing, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities
5. Flexibility to travel to various UK business locations
