Job Opportunity: Sales Representative – Rugby League Football Club
Location: Stalybridge
Salary: £30,000 basic + Car/Car Allowance
OTE: £55,000+ (Uncapped Bonus Scheme)
Full-time | Some weekend work (TOIL provided)

Are you a passionate, driven sales professional ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and have a love for sport — especially rugby league?

We’re working with a dynamic, ambitious local rugby league football club, offices based in Stalybridge, and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our client’s growing commercial team. You’ll be playing a key role in developing the club’s revenue streams through sponsorship, partnerships, and promotions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving sponsorship and commercial sales across the club
  • Selling shirt sponsorships, player sponsorships, and merchandise deals
  • Promoting and expanding participation in the club’s lottery
  • Managing the full 360 sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with local and national businesses
  • Representing the club on match days and at networking events (some weekend work required, with time off in lieu)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a 360 sales role
  • A self-starter with real drive, enthusiasm, and confidence
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for rugby league or sport in general is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
