Salary: £30,000 basic + Car/Car Allowance
OTE: £55,000+ (Uncapped Bonus Scheme)

Are you a passionate, driven sales professional ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and have a love for sport — especially rugby league?
We’re working with a dynamic, ambitious local rugby league football club, offices based in Stalybridge, and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our client’s growing commercial team. You’ll be playing a key role in developing the club’s revenue streams through sponsorship, partnerships, and promotions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving sponsorship and commercial sales across the club
- Selling shirt sponsorships, player sponsorships, and merchandise deals
- Promoting and expanding participation in the club’s lottery
- Managing the full 360 sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
- Building strong relationships with local and national businesses
- Representing the club on match days and at networking events (some weekend work required, with time off in lieu)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a 360 sales role
- A self-starter with real drive, enthusiasm, and confidence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for rugby league or sport in general is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit, supportive team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
