Recruiter or internal TA looking to work as part of a wider HR function? As part of our small, friendly and busy HR team, the
Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the HR function with our recruitment and HR processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our employees at managers.
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR and Recruitment Coordinator to cover a maternity leave period for a minimum of 12-18 months.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating an expansive recruitment role for all permanent positions available within this very busy engineering company.
- You will liaise with external recruitment consultants who support the business, internal managers and direct candidates on a daily basis.
- Organising pre-employment medicals and inductions and supporting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures with training provided.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Preferred Skills
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- An understanding of HR procedures and policy.
- This is a busy role requiring excellent IT and database skills, time management, excellent communication and previous recruitment admin experience.
- Ability to interact with varying levels of employees and manager and adapt style accordingly.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30-5
Please note that this role is initially offered as a 12-18 month fixed term contract.
