Meridian Business Support is recruiting experienced Forklift/ FLT Driver - Reach operatives on behalf of a leading logistics and distribution business based in Rugby. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity within a modern warehouse environment, offering competitive pay, a supportive team culture and long-term prospects for the right candidates.
As a Forklift/ FLT Driver - Reach, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the distribution centre. Duties will include:
- Operating Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
- Putting stock away within designated warehouse locations
- Replenishing pick faces and storage areas
- Unloading inbound deliveries
- Preparing and dispatching stock for collection
- Following health and safety procedures and maintaining accurate stock movements
This role is suited to candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are confident operating FLT equipment throughout their shift.

- 06:00 to 18:00
- £14.55 per hour

To be successful as a Forklift/ FLT Driver - Reach, you will need:
- A valid Reach Truck licence, including in-house accreditation
- Previous experience operating Reach FLT equipment in a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting
- Experience working within productivity and performance-focused environments
- Good awareness of warehouse health and safety requirements
- Ability and willingness to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process
Candidates with experience as a Reach Truck Driver, FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, Warehouse Operative with FLT, Materials Handler or Logistics Operative are encouraged to apply.
