Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a Care Home Manager (Residential Care) to lead a well-established residential service in Eye, Suffolk. This is a senior leadership role offering strong earning potential, excellent support and the opportunity to drive quality and occupancy within a respected care setting. This is an ideal role for an experienced Registered Manager, Residential Home Manager, or Service Manager looking to take the next step in a supportive and commercially focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clear leadership to the team, creating a positive and supportive culture focused on resident wellbeing.
