The Role
As a Paediatric Homecare Nurse, you’ll work independently while supported by a dedicated clinical team. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering treatments such as IV infusions and home parenteral nutrition (HPN)
- Training children, young people, and families to safely administer medication
- Following a structured schedule managed by our planning team for safe, efficient travel
- Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to each child
This role prioritises patient care and allows you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most — your patients and their families.
