We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join a growing team in Nottingham.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting multiple teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Office and Design Managers with financial project administration, including logging new opportunities and converting them into live projects.
  • Managing project financial administration, including forecasting, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Design Manager to track Requests for Information (RFIs), Early Warning Registers and project deliverables, ensuring outstanding actions are followed up.
  • Coordinate statutory and client approvals, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure submissions are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain project document control systems, including drawing registers and document management platforms.
  • Organise and coordinate site visits for internal staff and subcontractors.

What we are looking for in you

  • Experienced in administration, coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, particularly when handling project and financial information.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communicators who can build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experienced with document control, project management, or financial management systems (desirable but not essential).
  • Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
  • Eligible to hold UK SC Clearance, or currently hold active UK SC Clearance.
