Our client requires an Office Manager. Based in Witney, this is a permanent position with the option for hybrid/flexible working. The company is a growing, dynamic business with offices across the UK, and they are continuing to expand. They need someone who is professional and well organised to take on the responsibility for managing the office and its administrative staff. Ideally, you will come with some experience of working for a construction company and a proven track record as an Office Manager; someone who can bring a positive, 'can-do' attitude to the position. In return, you can expect an excellent salary of up to £40k!

Responsibilities
- Managing all administrative staff, resources, and tasks for the office.
- Overseeing office facilities and ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive working environment.
- Coordinating and assisting with tender and bid documentation and analysis, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and paperwork, following up on actions.
- Managing conference room bookings and hospitality.
- Managing calendars, site access, and accurate records for vetting, supply chain, audits, financials, and databases in line with retention protocols.
- Maintaining CRM data for marketing and client engagement.
- Providing high-quality administrative support including typing, scanning, filing, travel arrangements, supply ordering, and document preparation in line with branding and client requirements.
- Supporting in managing the office budget and resource allocation.
- Acting as the HR liaison for employees including training and maintaining accurate databases.
- Promoting the company values through creative content, supporting ISO compliance, fostering team relationships and contributing to professional development and inclusivity.
Location & Facilities
This job is located in Witney with free parking on site. Good public transport routes are available nearby, and the company supports cycle-to-work scheme and provides on-site shower facilities.
