We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a healthcare clinic in Hereford on a part time basis (Monday to Friday 9am-3pm - 27.5 hours per week). This is a permanent role offering an hourly rate of £15.80 per hour which equates to £22,724.35 per annum!
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director across several growing businesses. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will act as their trusted "right hand", ensuring smooth coordination of both business and personal priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's diary, appointments, emails and invoicing
- Provide admin support across multiple businesses (property, therapy, clinic, upcoming mediation service and more)
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, bookings and communication
- Prepare documents, track finances, organise files and assist with VAT returns
- Support occasional personal admin, travel and projects
- Help with new business initiatives, marketing and online presence
Qualifications
- Experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or medical secretary
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Calm, detail-focused and solution-driven
- Confident with IT systems (Office 365 etc.)
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to take ownership
