We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Clinic Manager to join a well-established renal dialysis clinic in the Gloucester Cotswolds area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior renal nurse looking to step into a leadership role, supporting the Clinic Manager in delivering high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

You will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the clinic, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care in partnership with the NHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Clinic Manager in the overall running of the dialysis clinic
  • Lead the clinic in the absence of the Manager
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and positive clinical outcomes
  • Supervise, support and develop nursing staff through training and mentorship
  • Manage staff rotas and patient scheduling to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and Renal Association standards
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the wider team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Post‑registration qualification in renal nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in haemodialysis at a senior level
  • Previous experience managing or leading a nursing team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • IT literacy, including MS Office
  • Applicants must have current clinical experience within a renal dialysis setting

All roles are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

Salary: £44,517 – £45,637 per annum

35 days annual leave (inclusive of)
