We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our clients friendly team in Leominster. This is a part-time position offering 12 hours per week, ideally worked across three mid-week days, with flexibility for either morning or afternoon hours. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Scanning and filing documents
- Using Sage for accounting and administrative tasks
- Preparing and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Learning and using the ERP software, Fortee (full training provided)

- Be fully conversant with Sage
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be confident, organised and detail-oriented
- Have a professional and friendly telephone manner
