Meridian are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Instrument Pipefitter to join a short-term project at a National Gas transmission station in the town of Kings Lynn. This is a high-value contract with excellent pay and benefits for the right candidate.
Job Details
- Role: Instrument Pipefitter
- Location: Kings Lynn, UK
- Duration: Short-term project
- Rate: £45/hour (negotiable based on experience and circumstances)
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: Potential availability at enhanced rates
- Parking: On-site available
Responsibilities
- Install 3 Differential Pressure Transmitters at a National Gas transmission station
- Mount instruments within an enclosure
- Install associated small bore stainless steel pipework from transmitters to sampling points in airflow ductwork
- Work with Swagelok fittings
Requirements
- Valid SHEA Gas Training Certificate
- Proven experience in instrument pipefitting and working with stainless steel small bore tubing
- Familiarity with Swagelok fittings and enclosures
