We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised Goods Out Co‑ordinator to join a leading UK manufacturer on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience essential.

Monday – Friday 07.00 – 17.00. Overtime available in busy periods
Location: LEEDS
What you will be doing as a Goods Out Co‑ordinator:
- Booking pallet spaces on carriers
- Produce driver paperwork for specific deliveries ensuring details match customer order(s) and are correct prior to dispatch for same day
- Request POD/ ETA’s from the relevant carriers
- Booking out stock
- Regular stock checks in-line with company requirements
- Reconcile carriage book daily
- Make sure accounts have delivery notes for each day
- Help sales with any pricing enquiries or general enquiries
- Check pictures and report any errors
- Invoice outgoing orders
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of booking out systems
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge & experience of logistics/distribution systems
- Knowledge of H&S safety practices
- Skilled in IT stock management systems
- Experience of working in a manufacturing business & warehouse administration
