We are recruiting a reliable and organised Goods-In Administrator to support a busy warehouse operation in Royton, Oldham. You will ensure new orders are processed accurately and prepared on the warehouse management system, ready for the picking team each morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to process incoming goods and customer orders.
- Enter and check invoices accurately.
- Organise and release new orders into the system, ensuring they are ready for the warehouse team to pick the following morning.
- Maintain accurate stock, order and delivery records.
- Check information for errors and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with warehouse colleagues to support smooth goods-in and order-picking operations.
- Complete general administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Experience using a warehouse management system is desirable.
- Good data-entry skills with strong attention to detail.
