Are you either an experienced Quality Engineer or a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a desire to establish your Engineering career within the quality field? The Quality Engineer is responsible for the inspection, control and signing off of product in this well established Aerospace company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolution of manufacturing and shipment issues relative to customer specifications and product quality requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and implement quality systems procedures and work instructions in compliance to customer and regulatory requirements.
- Purchase order and specification review leader focused on negotiation of customer requirements, advanced product quality planning and translation of requirements to operator level.
Preferred Skills:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or 6 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Engineering background essential and a desire to build a career within Quality Inspection, Control and Audit.
- Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T) required.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
Working Hours: 8:00 – 5.00 Mon – Fri
