Our client is a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy and is seeking an Audit & Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team in Colchester. Reporting to the Audit & Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and improving the organisation’s Business Management System (BMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS). Attention to detail is key for this position and a previous background in the construction industry would be desirable but not essential.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the Audit & Compliance team
  • Managing professional body certificates, document control, and audit portals
  • Coordinating meetings, minute-taking, travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with internal and external audits
  • Managing client feedback questionnaires and reporting
  • Supporting processes including looking after new starters, suppliers, equipment and devices
  • Assist with subcontractor and sub-consultant compliance processes
  • Tracking risks and taking corrective action

The successful candidates will have previous administration or coordination experience, strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, have excellent attention to details and be confident with all MS Office including Word, Excel and Project.
