We’re seeking a Resource Analyst to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and contractor management across the organisation. You’ll deliver data-driven insights, support leadership decisions, and ensure workforce compliance with internal and external policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain staffing requirements and forecast resource needs
  • Manage headcount, staffing and contractor data in workforce tools
  • Track onboarding/offboarding and personnel movements
  • Monitor utilization and workload distribution to identify gaps
Contractor & Vendor Support
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding
  • Act as primary liaison with staffing vendors
  • Ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and HR policies
  • Track contract terms, funding and expiration dates
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Maintain resource allocation tracking (commitment, availability, capacity)
  • Build dashboards and reports on staffing, budget, and resource allocation
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Operational Support
  • Assist managers with staffing requests and workforce transactions
  • Support budget planning and contractor spend forecasting
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Required Skills
  • Workforce planning/resource management or HR operations experience (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, workforce tools, reporting platforms)
