Immediately available shifts handing out flyers for Sheffield train station from now until Saturday 1st August! Due to the introduction of a new emergency timetable, Sheffield station needs some enthusiastic, presentable, engaging Customer Service Assistants to hand out flyers to passengers to let them know what is going on, how it will affect them and to give them any extra information they need. The flyers will have FAQ’s (frequently asked questions) on them to inform passengers of the changes.

This role as a Customer Service Assistant is ideal for students looking for extra cash in the summer as well as anyone looking for a face to face customer service assistant role working closely with the public! A briefing/induction will be given to all starters with an overview of the changes, which will make it easier to talk to the public.
