The Role
As part of a multi-functional Integrated Project Team (IPT), you’ll play a key role in business-winning activities and contract management. From drafting and negotiating contracts to supporting bids and proposals, you’ll help secure and deliver complex, high-value programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of complex contracts and agreements (NDAs, software licensing, MoUs, etc.)
- Provide commercial support across bids, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and change management
- Manage commercial risk, ensuring compliance with processes and approvals
- Represent the Commercial function in customer and supplier meetings
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver value across projects
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Commercial Management and/or Business Winning within Aerospace & Defence
- Strong contract negotiation and administration skills in fast-paced, complex environments
- Experience working with medium-to-high value contracts
- Ability to work collaboratively within IPTs and manage priorities effectively
