The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider management team to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of exceptional care standards. You will be a visible and supportive presence within the home, helping guide the nursing team, promoting best practice, and contributing to continuous improvement across all areas of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong clinical leadership and support to nursing and care colleagues
- Ensuring safe, effective, and person‑centred care is delivered consistently
- Supporting clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Leading by example and promoting best practice throughout the home
About You
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A compassionate approach with a genuine passion for resident care
- The ability to motivate and support a dedicated team
