We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC 5-Axis Machinist to join our dynamic production team. You’ll be responsible for machining complex components from a range of materials, primarily on our 5-axis CNC mills, ensuring exacting tolerances and consistent quality in every job.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce tooling, moulds, patterns, and components.
- Interpret and work from 3D models, engineering drawings, and CAM-generated toolpaths.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of machined components through inspection and measurement tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
- Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime and material waste.
