We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established records management business for a Production Team Leader to oversee their Document Scanning & Registration function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a document control / scanning background and team leadership experience to step into a role with clear progression.
Production Team Leader Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small scanning & registration team
- Oversee document processing, barcoding, scanning and secure storage
- Manage workflow, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Handle team performance, absence management and day-to-day supervision
- Maintain records, reports and compliance with GDPR & quality standards
- Resolve operational issues and improve processes
About You:
- Experience in document control, records management or scanning or similar
- Previous team leadership / supervisory experience as Production Team Leader or similar (essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Package:
- £29,000 (rising to £30,000 after probation)
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 35-hour week with 1-hour daily lunch
- Bonus scheme + healthcare benefits
