I'm working with a well-established, design-led tile showroom in Durham that's looking to add a confident, customer-focused Design & Sales Consultant to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves interiors, enjoys working with customers, and gets a buzz from turning ideas into finished spaces. You'll be the face of the showroom, helping customers bring their projects to life — whether that's flooring for a first home, a bathroom refresh, or a trade order.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming customers and understanding what they're trying to achieve
- Inspiring design ideas and recommending products that genuinely fit their needs
- Managing sales accurately from start to finish
- Learning constantly about new product ranges and design trends
