This Reach Truck Driver role in Aston Clinton offers consistent Monday to Friday shifts, modern facilities and immediate starts within a well-organised distribution environment. Meridian Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ongoing position with the potential for long-term opportunities.

Shifts and pay

  • AM Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00, £16.73 per hour
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours

Please note: the site is not accessible by public transport. You must be able to travel reliably by car, lift share or cycle. The location is around one mile outside Aylesbury and some shifts may involve travelling in low light.

The Role

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck within the warehouse, moving and storing stock efficiently and supporting the wider warehouse operation when required. Duties will include:

  • Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
  • Moving, loading and storing stock within the warehouse
  • Picking and replenishing stock
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties when required
  • Following all site health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Valid D1 and D2 Reach Truck licences – essential
  • Previous Reach Truck experience
  • Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working as part of a busy warehouse team
