Bristol Harbour Hotel is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our team across our sites. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service with a friendly, engaging presence. A minimum of 2 years in hotel reception is required, and familiarity with OPERA and Rezlynx is preferred though full training is provided.
You will need excellent English, both written and spoken, and be ready to lead by example in a busy, guest-focused environment.
