ICT Engineer

About the Role

BGS is looking to appoint an experienced ICT Engineer to join the ICT services team to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

The role involves aiding the smooth and effective delivery of ICT services to the school. As an ICT Engineer you will take the lead in resolving issues regarding, and proactive maintenance of, the school’s server infrastructure and core network. You will also be involved in identifying, proposing and implementing technical solutions to resolve issues and achieve efficiency gains.

You will be a key member of the team for project and development work, often during the school holiday, to deliver the school’s ICT strategy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing complex Windows networks with a virtual server core. Experience of using MDM for iPad management would be highly desirable.
