The 1532 Performing Arts Centre is seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Experience Manager to oversee customer experience operations for events. This is a permanent, part time position to start in May/June.
This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of the public before, during and after performances. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the customer experience staff, plan their rotas and supervise the event box office and bar operations. The role will include effective stock management and back-office reporting.
