Bristol Grammar School is seeking a full-time Infant and Junior Admissions and Customer Relationship Executive to join the Admissions and Marketing Team as soon as possible. The role includes leading and managing all admissions activity for the Infant and Junior School, delivering a seamless, family-centred admissions journey that reflects BGS's values and ethos, supports recruitment targets, and contributes to the long-term strength of the Schools pipeline into the Senior School.

As Infant and Junior Admissions Executive, you will report to the Head of Admissions and work closely with the Infant and Junior School to share BGS with parents and carers, giving them a first-hand experience of life at BGS through a cohesive, high-quality admissions experience. You will be the first point of contact for many families considering BGS for their child's early educational journey, combining excellent relationship-building skills with strong operational oversight and a deep understanding of the needs of this age group.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working in a sales/customer experience environment with a proven ability to generate insights from data systems, such as CRM, and develop a customer-facing sales approach from this.
