We have an exciting opportunity for an Attendance Officer to join the team at Bristol Free School. The Attendance Officer will work alongside key school staff to support and promote excellent levels of attendance and reduce levels of absence (including persistent absence). They will primarily be responsible for the organisation, management and communication of register and attendance-based data. They will also assist and work with the wider Admin team as necessary.
The role is term time plus INSET days - 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The ideal candidate is a resilient team player with a can-do attitude, who is flexible, able to use their own initiative and problem solve. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy contact with people and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. This role is well suited to an enthusiastic individual who would thrive in a busy and vibrant school environment.
