Bristol Drugs Project is recruiting a Primary Care Liaison Worker for Horizons Bristol, based in North Bristol. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) sits in the Treatment Team, delivering evidence-based, structured support to people with primary opioid or alcohol use within GP settings.
You will work alongside GPs to assess, continue opioid substitute prescriptions, and support detox pathways, while promoting harm reduction and links to wider health and social care services.
