The Bristol Drugs Project (BDP) Horizons Bristol team seeks a Primary Care Liaison Worker to provide evidence-based, structured support to people with primary opioid or alcohol use within GP settings, in Central and North Bristol.
Based in GP practices, you will work with GPs, support opioid substitution or detox pathways, and promote harm reduction with testing and linkage to services.
The role reports to the Locality Team Manager and is a permanent full-time post.
