We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing and communications and help grow and diversify our audiences. It’s an exciting time to join Arnolfini. Over the coming months, we’ll launch a new brand and visual identity, website and content strategy, and CRM platform, creating new ways to connect with audiences and strengthen Arnolfini’s profile.
You’ll lead integrated marketing and communications across our artistic programme and wider visitor offer, working collaboratively across the organisation to develop compelling campaigns, strengthen our profile and use audience insight to improve performance. You’ll also line manage our Marketing Officer and play an important role in delivering Arnolfini’s next phase of digital and brand development.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery, with significant professional experience across marketing and communications, digital channels, content, campaigns and audience development. Experience in the arts and cultural sector would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. We welcome experienced marketers from other sectors who can bring the skills, creativity and audience focus needed to succeed in the role.
