Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking an Operations Manager for our Short Courses and events in a hybrid, 0.5 FTE role. You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for under-18s, coordinate events, and oversee the smooth delivery of our short courses portfolio.
The role requires an organised, responsible professional who can manage risk, coordinate staff, and engage with external VIPs while upholding safeguarding policies and procedures.
